Hi, I’m Emma and I am the Founder and teacher at Emma Caddick Yoga.

I am passionate about personal development and transformation and feel that Yoga is the vehicle for a much greater journey.

As a Mum of three I know only too well the toll that a busy life can have on our minds and bodies and how we often need much more than ‘just a work out’. My personal experience with yoga and meditation has been the foundations for my own self development over the years.

As well as general Vinyasa yoga classes which are open to all, I also teach my own style of
‘Goddess Yoga’ classes! These are designed to make every person identifying as feminine feel as comfortable as possible in their body as they navigate the changes across the lifetime. And leave feeling like a total Goddess!

I am Poppy Perinatal Yoga Trained (pregnancy and post natal qualification). Educating women and holding space for them as they go through the transformations of motherhood and menopause is at the heart of what I do.

Alongside the yummy yoga (a mix of Vinyasa flow and Yin (longer holding poses) we explore a theme or certain idea each week, making time and space for some reflection.

If you would rather have a one to one session (or a small group) in the privacy of your own home then please get in touch.

Reiki healing (in person and distance healing) can also be arranged by getting in touch.

Join me every Thursday at 8pm from the comfort of your own bedroom for a Guided Body Awareness meditation.

No previous experience of meditation is needed. Just rock up in your PJs!
